Located in the exclusive housing development Torreblanca Del Sol, the restaurant and "Cortijo" Roca Tranquila is opening its doors to whoever wants to have a culinary experience learning with chef Kasper Nielsen.
The next course is taking place on Monday, August 10. It's targeted at amateur cooks who enjoy learning. Conducted by Nielsen and his team, it's for small groups (less than fourteen people) and it takes three hours. Attendees can choose to go in the morning or in the afternoon to make a three-course menu. The lesson is followed by lunch or dinner, respectively.
In these courses, the Danish chef shows his techniques and reveals some of his tricks, giving would-be cooks a few keys to successful cooking. They're entertaining, and a good opportunity to meet other people who enjoy being in the kitchen.
The course fee is 100 Euros, including the three-hour lesson (three-course menu), a wine-tasting session with a snack, and lunch/dinner.
