This second floor, corner property, is furnished to the highest standard of comfort with Sky Digital television showing all the major UK Stations, Plasma TV and Digital DVD, Radio, air-conditioning/central heating throughout plus Plasma log effect fire for winter rentals.
We are happy to provide a list of recommended restaurants, entertainment venues and trips for your information while staying in the apartment. Clients have a choice from an extensive DVD library, books and a large selection of board games are provided though experience has shown that very few guests spend evenings indoors with all the barsâ€™ and bistrosâ€™ only a three minutes walk into the old town plus, ten minutes away, the hectic night life of Benalmadena Marina.

A private lock-up garage is included in the rental price with lift directly to the apartment this garage option is offered to clients with their own car or wishing to rent independently.
There is an excellent pool within lawned gardens and it is for use by residents only and has security gates with key supplied at the apartment.

Clients wishing to reserve are forward a reservation form that requires a deposit of £50 per person to secure dates, once the deposit is made we automatically block off the reserved dates on the web-site to prevent duplicate bookings.
