The main house has a fully equipped professional kitchen and laundry room.
The property benefits from under floor heating and air conditioning in the main rooms and some bedrooms.
All rooms have overhead ceiling fans. Due to its location at 845 metres above sea level, the hotel enjoys balmy pleasant night time temperatures of around 22°C in July and August.
There is an additional annex, which is accessed from the inner entrance courtyard, offering a further 2 en-suite bedrooms, a living room and private terrace with Jacuzzi, sun beds and sitting area.

Home from Home Luxury
Steps down from the main house, lead to the swimming pool and terraces with their amazing views to the National Park.
There is a pool house, which has a kitchen, toilets with showers & sauna, and a home cinema room.
Leading off from the kitchen is a large covered dining terrace, with the most amazing views, fully equipped with dining table and chairs for up to 20 people, and a bar with fridges.
From the poolside terrace there is access to the helicopter pad and below this an all weather artificial grass tennis court.
There is a Sauna Room, poolside Jacuzzi, 12 x 6 metre heated swimming pool and, for the more energetic, our all weather artificial grass tennis court and mountain bikes for you to explore the surrounding countryside.
Local Amenities.
There are plenty of hiking and walking trails around the area. Walking maps can be provided for guests of the Hotel.
Horse Riding for groups of 2 or more can be arranged locally, along with Clay Pigeon Shooting, Quad Bike Tours, and Motocross Bike Tours.
For golf enthusiasts, the Antequera Golf Course is located just a 15 minute drive. Clubs can be rented from the golf club.
In 2009 Wedding season 16 weddings were booked and serviced.
In essence this is a property which can be used as a Wedding/Function Venue, as a Casa Rural or as a Hotel; all the licences for 3 star hotels are valid.

1:Expenses to run the venue costs per venue depends entirely upon the number of people /type of venue, difficult to quantify , on average after costs, the profit is between 5,000 – as much as 12,000 € per event.
2:Fixed costs water, light, IBI, diesel, telephones, maintenance, garden, and salary gardener and cleaner amount to approx 6000 Euros per month.
3:A gardener is employed who works 5 days a week and a cleaner who comes in as and when we needed, but does about 2 days a week to keep the place up to scratch even when no functions are booked. For events waiters and chefs are brought in and paid according to hours worked.
